I owned a glass octagon aquarium. This was a nice aquarium and had plenty of depth and was a bit taller than most standard square tanks. This was great for my plants that would grow very tall and gently sway in the tank. It was also a great aquarium for my long finned angelfish. I had a few problems with filtration due to the height. This was one of my favorite tanks and I wasn’t bothered by the filtration issues, I just did water changes more frequently. Don’t give up on a nice tank if there is a few minor set backs. Adapt and over come!
