I drink rice milk over my cereal in the morning and soy as a drink through out the day because this is what I grew up drinking. I am not alergic to anything and even skim milk has more protein than soy, which has way more than rice. Why should I drink soy or rice milk? I am 22, average weight and height, and work out four times a week.

It’s a choice. You get more protein from cow’s milk, but it can be harder to digest for some folks, because let’s face it, it was meant to feed a baby cow, which has four stomachs, not one.
With vitamin enrichment processes going into all three substances, and the vast other ways you can make up for lesser protein in the soy and rice, if you don’t have any allergies, it really is entirely up to you. All are good for you. Go with what you like, and adjust the rest of your diet accordingly.

Before you skim over painted walls, you need to use a bonding agent.
If your paint peels, so will your Plaster.
At your Local paint store or Home Depot, get Plaster Weld.
It is a pink liquid and you roll or brush it on. After it cures, plaster away.
Good Luck

Yes it can – we had all our ceilings done as the previous owner was artex mad.
I would recommend you get a professional plasterer as this gives the best finish – should cost about 100 -150 quid.

Sometimes I find when people, myself included, ask a question on here, it doesn’t get answered logically. I think this is because most people just skim over the question and miss details and then answer the question illogically because they didn’t read the whole question. Sometimes ya’ll would give an answer that the person asking a question already said wasn’t the problem. What do you think?

If I find the question itself is too long, too boring, too much bad grammar, spelling and abbreviations, I’ll just skip it rather than skim it and answer it.

Actually, I am quite choosy about the questions I answer because I am not in a big hurry to get points. I have finally reached level 6, but I did it slowly – it’s actually taken about a couple of years at least, but who cares? I don’t.

But yet, I am sure there are people who are too impatient to read the whole question and just answer for points.

On the other hand, sometimes, people don’t answer the exact problem because they see another problem or issue – they have another perspective or interpretation (now that’s how I am). I like to be creative and original – so sometimes I go off a little into the deep end of the pool.

I lost my Ipod on monday, and then I was so worried I went around the school looking for it. The office told me to go to this teacher because he found it and kept it with him, so I did.

And when I thanked him and tried to retrieve my Ipod, he did not return it to me! Instead, he told me he went over everything in my Ipod, my photos, music I listen to etc. I told him that its an invasion of my privacy but he just laughed and said "How?". I was about to cry but I didn’t. He asked me to prove to him that this ipod is mine by telling him which bands i listen to, what are my photos like etc.

after torturing me he finally gave back my Ipod! I am SO pissed and embarrased. What can I do?

i know you feel kind of embarrassed and angry that he looked at your photos and your music, but he was only doing that so he could make sure that is was yours. because what if someone else claimed that it was their lost ipod, and the teacher instead of checking gave it immediately to that person? then, it would have been gone forever, right? so no worries; he just wanted to make sure that you were the right owner that’s all. oh by the way, you shouldn’t take your ipod to school if you lost it. this girl i know lost her ipod touch by turning away for literally 1 minute and the ipod was gone. the police had to come in and search everyone. im not kidding; i saw the police officer walking up the stairs with the principal. so just be careful that’s all!

You need to read Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus by John Gray. Its really easy to read as its written as if men and women originally came from different planets, with differents rules etc, he explains what Men hear from Women and what messages we get from what men say and do! It really is an eye opener. Look on Amazon for it, hes written loads of other relationship books but the one above is the one you want to buy.
Let me know what you think after youve read it. Good Luck

I’m applying for a position at Starbucks and after reading a few websites and books about writing resumes, I’ve decided that I need to write the perfect resume, one that will catch the reader’s eye very shortly upon skimming over what I had to write. If you have worked at Starbucks, do work at Starbucks now, or have interviewed with them and written a resume for the company, PLEASE reply.

I think that it would be best to have someone professional write it for you. That’s what I did when I first started applying to jobs and it made a difference. Though I didn’t have as much experience, my resume looked professional and was easy to read. I used University Language to write mine. They’re not as expensive as some other resume-writing companies and did a great job with mine. Good luck!
