A farmer in Ireland started milking his cows at a different time to increase the levels of Melatonin.
A glass of warm milk before bed wont make much difference calorie wise.

Well, ive just looked on the packet of tea i have in my desk drawer and there is 1 calorie per 100ml. SO i would say a MUG of tea has 3 calories in it and add 10 calories for the semi skimmed milk.
Skimmed milk is fine for anyone over the age of 2 years. You’ll find that it still has all of the same nutrients as full fat milk, ie protein & calcium, but just has the fat removed. You can get enough nutrition from other foods to make up for anything you might feel you’re missing out on by not having full fat milk.

i put a little skimmed milk in their food so they will eat it. is it bad for them??

no no no don’t give dogs milk. they’re lactose intolerant. you may not see the diarrhea, but they’re definitely having gastric pain after that!!

if the pups won’t eat their ration, then they aren’t hungry. leave the dish down 15 min, and then pick up whatever’s uneaten.
feed them in the same way morning and evening. they’ll eat their food.

if you want to add something, you can substitute a little ground beef (raw) or turkey on top of their food. that is GOOD for them.

WAIT- looking at your other questions….
HOW OLD Are these pups? or are you starting a puppymill?
